WHAT WE’RE DOING TO KEEP US ALL HEALTHY

Please read this (yes, the whole thing!), whether you’re new to our clinic or have been in many times, BEFORE you schedule so you know what to expect. Things are a little different at PCA since COVID and we do our best to keep everyone, patients and staff, safe and comfortable. We frequently reevaluate our policies and procedures and we follow or exceed CDC guidelines.

If you’ve been a patient at PCA but you haven’t been in in a really long time give us a call and we’ll help you decide whether it would be best for you to schedule a longer appointment or to come in for a regular follow-up.

If you’re a returning patient, schedule online or give us a call (we don’t make, change or cancel appointments via email) and we’ll see you soon!

MASKING

Our acupuncturists wear masks that fit snugly over their mouths and noses at all times in the treatment room and the entire back of the clinic including the interview room and the cupping room and we ask that you do the same. If you forget your mask or don’t have one that’s OK – we have them for sale for just a buck.

SYMPTOMS

We’re staying home if we have any symptoms like fever, sneezing or coughing and we ask that you do the same. You’re welcome to use your scheduled treatment time to have a phone consult with your acupuncturist who can prescribe herbs, supplements and other tools for to help you get through what ails you as quickly and easily as possible.

If you’ve had a positive COVID test and have an appointment scheduled PLEASE call us immediately to change your appointment to a phone consult or to reschedule.

VENTILATION

We make good air flow a priority. When weather permits we have the doors open and at other times we use ceiling fans and air filters that remove particles 100 times smaller than the HEPA standard.

Please pay as much as you can afford for your treatments The fee for a new patient visit is $80 and for follow up acupuncture, cupping or a 15 minute consultation is $65.

If this presents a true financial hardship you may utilize our sliding scale of $80-$65 for new patients and $65-$40 for follow up visits. We’re asking that you pay as much as you can so that we can continue to provide our exceptional level of care for years to come and can pay our wonderful staff a living wage.
